"I am 28 so clearly I’m upset enough if I am wasting time to post this review. I have had State Farm since I could drive, which was about 10 years ago. Recently I have had numerous problems with this company, so much so my entire family of 4 has decided to switch to AAA (Highly recommend btw). The amount of miscommunication has been ridiculous. They had my mom’s name wrong 3 different times, we literally had to go in, give her license to correct it and they still got it wrong. I was also given 3 separate bills to change my address ranging from the first bill being $22, the second $35 and the last being $40. They claimed the first two were sent by accident ?? They raised my bi yearly payment by nearly $200 for no reason. I barely drive. I didn’t get into any accidents. I later found out they removed my discounts for no reason. I asked for them to be reapplied, they claimed they did, but it was never changed until the 3rd time I asked. By this time I had given up and started looking for new insurance companies. After canceling I was owed a refund check. My entire family received theirs within a week, but I never got mine. After 3 weeks I contacted them asking for it to be resent, they even confirmed my current address.I just recently was told that BOTH my refund checks were sent to my OLD address (the one I was charged $40 to switch). I am lucky that my ex was kind enough to tell me, otherwise I would be waiting 2 months for a refund. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"We went to State Farm just to price shop, thinking our other auto insurance was getting too high. Blaine services my Mom's insurances and has always been responsive and helpful. We met with her agent, Daisy, and she matched, line for line, everything on our policy at a savings of 50% ! We were so amazed, we asked her to match our Renter's insurance and again, she saved us money! Daisy was warm, patient and helpful, answering all our questions and recommending other resources and products. We're meeting with her again to review our Life Insurance policies. Highly recommend Blaine Carragher and her team!"

"I couldn’t have chosen a better insurance agent, everyone is so kind and helpful. Starting with Blaine and Susy they have helped me a lot. I know is really frustrating having a car accident or even having to put claims through insurance but Blaine team makes it everything so easy and they help you through the whole process not living you alone and making sure everything is taken care not like other insurance were you have to do everything your self and constantly calling.
